Dion showed me the home I eventually bought. He was communicative and negotiated well on my behalf. At the end of the deal he even stepped up and took a lower commission to bridge the price gap and convinced the listing agent to do the same. I would recommend Dion as someone who wants to and gets the deal closed.

I was a Realtor for 30 years, so I am picky. Retired and no longer licensed in California (we live part-time in Florida), I did my homework when selecting someone to list our high-end condo in Irvine. Dion Stallberg came highly recommended, and he delivered. Despite some difficulties with the buyer, the deal went through flawlessly. Dion handled every potential problem with ease and confidence. His many years of experience paid off for us. Dion got us top dollar, answered our questions quickly and correctly, and kept some tricky situations from killing the deal. If you want a real pro that is honest and capable, give Dion Stallberg a call. You won't regret your decision.

We were assigned Dion on 3rd Feb 2021 after we registered looking for purchasing a new home. By the 5th of Mar 2021, we had finalised on our dream home. Dion's capability is thus, he is very pleasing, positive, knowledgable, passionate and a thorough professional. He was very efficient and was very attentive to even the minutest requirements we had mentioned. An Indian family, we have our set of rules of Vaasthu (like the Feng Shui). Dion was so considerate and always checked all the details and then took us on a home showing. Though we turned down many properties he showed, he kept finding more & more newer homes and was very aggressive until we got the one of our taste. Never did he force us with any property, he was patient and wanted us to have our dream home. Even after we closed the Escrow, he is always there for any assistance we need. We highly recommend his services and will always choose him for any property that we would buy in future. We wish Dion all the very best in his life and work.
