From the beginning of the process of getting the house ready to list, his advice on “must-do” to just “suggestions” was spot on. His recommendation of the listing price was realistic and competitive. The house sold in a week, but unfortunately the buyer’s house fell out of escrow. Then the restrictions hit regarding COVID-19. During this downtime Dion was optimistic and was always in touch. And I compared her to a FRIEND of mine that also was a lender, and he didn't even come CLOSE to what his lender did for me. SHE jumped through hoops too! And I needed work done on my place, big time, and he has a general contractor that is incredibly reasonable and gives the same kind of service that Dion does. I'm one of the most critical people you'll meet when it comes to the services of an agent. I hadn't used a real estate agent in the past and had no intention of using one in the future. I actually met Dion by mistake. I thought he was the listing agent on a home. Once I found out he was not, I gave him a few minutes out of respect. He asked a few questions that made me realize this guy is valuable. Often as a buyer you think you know what you want until you see layouts, bargains and potential you hadn’t considered before. Being that his is probably the biggest single investment your making in your life it's wise to seek counsel. This is your guy. Whether you're seasoned or first-timer, you will instantly benefit from his knowledge of the market. I’ve never met anyone more knowledgeable. I know it’s hard to believe but call him and you’ll see. I highly recommend Dion, let me give you my experience and I think you will agree. We listed my house on or around 11/27/16 the following Sunday Dion informed me of two offers, and a few days later we had a third offer which I accepted. Of course that is the easy part, escrow is where the process really begins and during those times when your crossing your fingers hoping it doesn't fallout of escrow and start the process over again is when Dion really stepped up, I had a lot of questions and he keep me up to date throughout.
